Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) For Zaxaa

Sellers

The term ′Zaxaa′ or ′us′ or ′we′ or ′our′ refers to the owner of the website. The term ′you′ or ′your′ refers to product sellers using Zaxaa to sell their products. This AUP is subject to change without notice.

Your account will be terminated without negotiation if you violate or do not agree with our AUP below:

• If any of your product has not made a single sale in the last 3 months, the product and all files related to that particular product (product download, banners/images, etc.) will be deleted from our server. Note that this only applies to product that has not sold a single copy ever. If you have at least sold a single copy of the product, this rule does not apply.
• We do not allow products of the following nature to be sold: adult/pornography, dating services, religion, race, hate, violence, betting, casino-related activities, lotteries, credit repair services, debt settlement services, multi level marketing/network marketing, pyramid schemes, warez, alcoholic beverages, drug paraphernalia, steroids, narcotics, controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety
• You must honor all eligible refund requests.
• After a successful customer payment, you must fulfill your offer — be it a product or service. The quantity and quality of the product or service you fulfill must also match what you promised (on the sales page, via phone, in-person meeting, or via any other means).
• The maximum file size for hosting your products on our secure server is 1 GB/account/month, and the maximum bandwidth for your products is 10 GB/account/month. If you exceed these limits, you will be charged accordingly based on how much resources you've exceeded.
• You can't sell your account license to anyone. Your account is for your own use only.
• You can't use your account to sell products/services on behalf of other people, including your clients. Your account is for personal use only and can only be used to sell YOUR OWN products/services. If you're setting up products/services and sales funnels for your clients or anyone else, each and every one of them has to create and use their own account.

Affiliates

The term ′Zaxaa′ or ′us′ or ′we′ or ′our′ refers to the owner of the website. The term ′you′ or ′your′ refers to affiliates promoting products that are sold via Zaxaa. This AUP is subject to change without notice.

Your account will be terminated without negotiation if you violate or do not agree with our AUP below:

• When a seller has granted a refund request, you acknowledge and agree that your affiliate commission for that transaction will be taken from your PayPal account automatically.
• You can′t buy from your own affiliate link. This includes creating pseudo account(s) to "game" or cheat the system.
• You can′t use cookie stuffing when promoting sellers′/vendors′ products.

Customers

The term ′Zaxaa′ or ′us′ or ′we′ or ′our′ refers to the owner of the website. The term ′you′ or ′your′ refers to customers purchasing products from Zaxaa. This AUP is subject to change without notice.

Your account will be terminated without negotiation if you violate or do not agree with our AUP below:

• Do not share products you've purchased with anyone. They are only for your own use.

Zaxaa Referral Program Affiliates

The term ′Zaxaa′ or ′us′ or ′we′ or ′our′ refers to the owner of the website. The term ′you′ or ′your′ refers to people promoting Zaxaa as a platform. This AUP is subject to change without notice.

Your account will be terminated without negotiation if you violate or do not agree with our AUP below:

• Your Zaxaa Referral link is meant for you to refer vendors/sellers to Zaxaa. This means you can't sign up affiliates for your product, and then at the same time putting them "under" you. Just like in other platforms, when you sign up affiliates to promote your product, the affiliates open a free affiliate account within that platform. They don't get put "under" your referral link.
• You can′t engage in black/negative promotional campaigns when promoting Zaxaa.
• You can′t use cookie stuffing when promoting Zaxaa.
